Job summary

Recruiting Solutions is hiring for a manufacturing associate with no automotive experience required. You will learn and perform tasks such as assembling headliners, using basic hand tools, and loading materials onto press machines. The role offers a temp-to-hire path and 12-hour shifts.

PAY & SCHEDULE

• Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
• +$1.00/hour Night Shift Premium
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assemble automotive headliners and components
• Use basic hand tools
• Load materials onto press machines
• Perform visual quality inspections
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Follow 5S, PPE, safety, and quality procedures
• Report equipment issues to Maintenance or a Supervisor
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals
