Job summary

B&P Manufacturing in Cadillac, MI is hiring Machine Operators to join our production team. You’ll operate benders, punch presses, and other equipment, reading blueprints and specs to produce high-quality parts.

We offer a 4-day work week with 3-day weekends, weekly pay, competitive pay of $16.00 to $25.00 per hour, and great benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, plus on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to understand and follow work instructions and production drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Employment may be contingent upon successfully completing a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment including benders, punch presses, and other production machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications.
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Produce high-quality parts while meeting production requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
