Job summary

A.J. Rose Manufacturing Company is seeking motivated individuals to join our Stamping Press Department as a 1st Shift Laborer. This entry-level role offers hands-on training with multiple stamping presses and a clear path to becoming a Press Operator.

You will assist Press Operators, inspect parts for quality, and help prepare finished pieces for shipment. We promote from within and provide competitive pay and enhanced benefits.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift during shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Willingness to learn and be dependable in a fast-paced environment.
