Job summary

US Conec is seeking a detail-oriented Kitting Operator for Fort Worth, TX. In this role you’ll assemble small parts made of plastic, metal, or rubber to produce subassemblies, following documented processes and quality standards.

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, excellent math skills, familiarity with Microsoft Excel, and a high level of detail and accuracy. You’ll maintain a clean, safe work area and work with teammates to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent math skills including multiplication, division, addition and subtraction of large numbers are required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required.
• High level of detail and accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Position parts in specified relationship to each other.
• Bolt, screw, clip, cement, or otherwise fasten parts together.
• Load and unload machines such as arbor presses to perform fastening or fitting operations.
• Complete assembly and/or packaging assignments using documented processes.
• Maintain understanding of product quality requirements and notify appropriate person if there are any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
