• Ensure all services meet established standards and are completed on time.
• Perform quality control using scorecards on services performed.
• Accurately track and order client consumables inventory.
• Communicate effectively with team, management and customers.
• Resolve conflicts professionally and take direction well.
• Additional duties as needed to complete work on time.
