ServiceMax Janitorial, LLC is hiring a Janitorial Supervisor for a 1st shift in Hagerstown, MD. The schedule runs Thursday through Monday, 9:00am–5:00pm with weekly pay and access to benefits.

The role requires reliable supervision, strong communication, and the ability to manage minimal supervision while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage effectively with good communication and people skills with positive and outgoing attitude.
• Must be over the age of 21 with a valid Driver’s License.
• Fast-paced, capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.
• Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards.
• Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of client’s consumables inventory.
• Ability to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers.
• Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict.

• Thursday-Monday 9:00am-5:00pm (Weekend Schedule)

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr WEEKLY PAY

Requirements:

• Ability to manage effectively with good communication and people skills with positive and outgoing attitude, problem solver, fast-paced, capable of working with minimal supervision, must be over the age of 21 with a valid Driver’s License

Duties include:

• Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner
• Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards
• Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of our client’s consumables inventory
