Job summary

Advance Staffing Solutions (The Advance Group) is seeking an experienced 1st shift Industrial Maintenance Technician in Toledo, OH. You will help keep production equipment running safely and efficiently on a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; reading manuals and blueprints; and documenting work orders in a fast-paced

Qualifications

3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems independently.
Ability to read equipment manuals, blueprints, and technical documentation.
Associate degree or technical certification preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
Diagnose equipment malfunctions, repair or replace components, and adjust as needed.
Read and interpret manuals, work orders, and technical documentation.
Maintain pumps, mixers, tanks, conveyors, filling equipment, packaging equipment, and related production equipment.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility maintenance projects.
Follow LOTO, PPE, and safety procedures; maintain maintenance records.
