Job summary

Beltservice Corporation is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations on a 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM) in Earth City, MO. You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, perform preventative maintenance, and support equipment projects to keep lines running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, knowledge of various mechanical systems, and CMMS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical coursework preferred.
• 5+ years hands-on maintenance in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.
• CMMS documentation experience and record-keeping.
• Proficiency with core and power tools, welders, torches, multimeters.

Responsibilities

• Primary focus on Equipment Maintenance; secondary on Facilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery.
• Lead equipment projects: installations, moves, rebuilds, upgrades.
• Travel and overtime as needed on limited basis.

Job Summary

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all facility systems and production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations . The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in an industrial maintenance environment.

This role is on 1st shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30AM to 3:00PM .

What You'll Do:

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Industrial Maintenance or Technical coursework, preferred. Professional certifications are a plus.
• 5+ year s of hands-on experience in Facilities and Equipment Maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Highly knowledgeable about various mechanical, hydraulic, compressed air, and plumbing systems.
• Proficient with the tools of the trade including core hand tools, power tools, welders, torches, multimeters, etc.
• Ability to accurately document equipment repairs, maintenance activities, and service records within a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Competitive starting hourly wage ($29.00-33.00/hour) with quarterly bonuses.
