Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic hand tools knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally sit, bend, and squat.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Assemble components to our glass products.
• Ensure produced parts meet customer specifications.
• Pack finished product according to customer requirements.
• Process products per work instructions and quality/safety standards.
• Identify, record, and communicate production/process problems.
• Suggest solutions through designated channels.
• Adhere to training requirements and safety policies.
• Follow housekeeping standards and keep area clean.
• Assist in training other associates for cross training.
• Track and collect data on production and quality standards.
• Possess ability to perform all workstations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
