Peoplelink, LLC in Avilla, IN is seeking a 1st shift General Labor for light industrial manufacturing. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with a contract-to-hire progression and pay of $18.00 per hour.

Under supervision, you will operate a forklift, sort/organize parts, sand/grind parts, cut/notch structural steel, drill, and perform general cleanup. This position is physically active and may require lifting items over 50 pounds.

Job description: Job Title: 1 st Shift General Labor Schedule: 1st Shift, 5-day work week Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm Department: Manufacturing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Under the direction of the team leader, the primary job of General Labor Operator is to operate a forklift, sort/organize parts, sand/grind parts, cut/notch structural steel, drill, general cleanup.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES There are no supervisory responsibilities associated with this position.
