Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring for 1st shift at the Fresh Debone Days plant in the United States. Pay is $17.85 per hour. This entry-level general labor role involves working in a poultry processing facility with heavy machinery and sharp tools, in a damp or wet environment.

The successful candidate will help with various departments, including Evisceration, debone, further processing, and packing. Candidates may work in hot conditions (up to 90°F) or cold (down to 48°F) and must stand 8–10 hours daily,

Qualifications

• Entry level general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Able to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work in a damp or wet environment and around potentially sharp objects.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry level non-skilled general labor tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow Tyson policies.
• Assist with evisceration, debone, further processing, and packing as needed.
• Work around heavy machinery and sharp objects in a temperature-controlled setting.
