Job summary

Lippert is seeking a dedicated team member to move raw and finished materials through production in a full-time capacity at our Ohio facility. You will follow safety rules, manage raw material inventory, and coordinate paperwork as materials flow from receipt to completion.

Strong reading skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a licensed lift truck operator are preferred. Training is available, and there is room for growth within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Lift truck operator’s license preferred (training available).
• Must be able to read and process written communication including work orders, delivery receipts, frame prints, and measurements.

Summary/Objective:

This position is primarily responsible for the movement of raw and finished materials through the various phases of production.

Preferred Education and Experience

1. High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. Lift truck operator’s license preferred (training available).

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling. The team member may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This position requires Personal Protective Equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are decided by the warehouse manager.

Travel:

No travel is expected for this position.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

This position requires successful completion of a post-offer, pre-employment Fit for Duty evaluation. Employment and/or PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification is contingent upon meeting Fit for Duty requirements.
