Job summary

Coast to Coast Distribution LLC is hiring a Forward Picker at our Georgetown Distribution Center. You will operate pallet jacks, reach trucks and forklifts to move and place products safely. Crown SP 4000 Stock Picker experience is a plus.

You will work with the Picking Supervisor, log activities in the WMS, and support timely order fulfillment. We offer health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO and competitive pay with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or reach trucks preferred.
• Certification for Crown SP 4000 Stock Picker or equivalent equipment (preferred but not required).
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet.
• Familiarity with WMS, RF Scanners, and basic computer programs like Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate Crown Series 4000 Lift Trucks and reach trucks up to 30 feet.
• Receive and manage products using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Safely operate electric jacks and pallet jacks for palletizing and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with the Picking Supervisor to prioritize and pull orders efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal team members and support operations.
