Job summary

Foster Poultry Farms is seeking a Stacker (General Labor) for the 1st shift at the Demopolis, AL facility. The role supports fryers, packers, sanitation, and supply processes, ensuring safe, reliable operations and high-quality products.

Responsibilities include monitoring stick bars, counting broken sticks, and coordinating with supervisors to maintain production flow. Applicants should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with all levels including management.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Observe stick bar assemblies as they rotate from underneath through insertion.
• Monitor stick bars for pieces of broken stick in fryer clips.
• Notify the Fryer Operator when broken sticks are observed.
• Count broken sticks with a handheld counter.
• Use a flashlight to monitor stick bars during cycling.
