Job summary

Endress+Hauser Flowtec AG in Greenwood, Indiana, seeks a 1st Shift Electromechanical Assembler to join our Level and Pressure Production Center. You will assemble devices, perform testing, calibration and ensure quality and efficiency on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 0–2 years related experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to read basic drawings, diagrams and production orders.
• Ability to multi-task and be self-motivated.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and operating machinery.

Responsibilities

• Assemble devices (mechanical and/or electronic) to form complete units or subassemblies.
• Fabricate sub-components as needed using various tools and machines.
• Perform visual inspection and functional testing during assembly.
• Conduct calibration of devices as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and notify supervisor of adjustments or scrap.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines and tools.
• Assist with cross-training of employees on production processes.
• Maintain a neat, 5S compliant workspace.
• Use SAP and MIKE software to look up or enter information.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ISO procedures applicable to the position.
• Determine the correct pack to use for each device.
• Contribute to delivering high quality products to customers.
