Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking a production technician/machine operator in Wisconsin. The role involves setting up and operating automatic or semiautomatic equipment, monitoring system parameters, and following detailed specifications to ensure quality and efficiency.

Your duties include reading drawings, installing and calibrating components, and assembling sub-assemblies using common tools and fixtures, all while maintaining a clean, organized workstation and collaborating with team

• Set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation.
• Monitor meters, gauges, valves, temperatures, pressures and related controls to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Follow SOPs, manufacturing procedures, blueprints and other written/verbal specs.
• Install, modify, move, troubleshoot and repair machinery as documented.
• Perform calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components and assemblies.
• Assemble sub-assemblies or complete units using hand tools and fixtures.

Job Description:

Sets up and operates automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Monitors meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. Follows engineering drawings, work order information, Manufacturing Assembly Procedures, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process. Installs, modifies, moves, troubleshoots, repairs and dismantles machinery and equipment according to requisition established documentation (e.g., SOPs), layout plans, blueprints or other drawings. Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make sub-assemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment. Includes Machine Operator, Process Operations, Product Assembly, and Production Technician roles.

Target Market Salary Range:

For Field Sales roles, the salary range listed reflects base pay only and does not include incentive pay opportunities under the applicable sales compensation plan
