Job summary

Academy Sports + Outdoors is looking for a 1st Shift DC Manager at Twiggs DC in Jeffersonville, GA. You will oversee firearms inventory selection and order processing, ensuring accuracy, speed and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced distribution center.

Lead staffing plans with DC Operations, collaborate with Merchant teams and Store Operations to meet daily volume, and maintain clear records to ensure policy compliance and smooth fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years of management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and RF‑managed inventory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across shifts and divisions.
  • Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, WMS, AS/400, Lotus Notes, and Sterling Commerce.
