Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring a Facilities Cleaner in Fort Worth, TX. Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with pay at $19.50 per hour.

You will maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, supporting daily operations and adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include cleaning breakrooms and restrooms, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, waste removal, assisting with deliveries and unloading, and moving boxes up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Keep breakrooms, restrooms, office areas, and common areas clean and sanitary.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum designated areas throughout the facility.
• Clean and maintain the outside smoking area and surrounding grounds.
• Collect and remove trash and discarded materials from the facility and grounds.
• Assist with general cleanup around the warehouse as needed.
• Assist with truck deliveries and unloading activities.
• Help move and carry boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. and navigate stairs as needed, including areas with up to 35 steps.
• Remove ice and debris, including pieces of pallets, to help maintain a safe work environment.
• Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized, secured, and properly stocked.
• Perform other general cleaning and facility support duties as needed.

Position Summary

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position does not require spending long periods of time in the freezer.

Freezer access may be required periodically to assist with specific cleaning or warehouse support needs.

Most daily duties will take place in breakrooms, restrooms, common areas, outside smoking areas, and general facility spaces.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Ability to climb stairs, including up to 35 steps, when assisting with deliveries or other duties.

Comfortable working around varying noise levels and in an active warehouse environment.

Must be comfortable handling cleaning chemicals and following safety procedures.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when needed.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work effectively with others.
