Job summary

Massman Companies is seeking a CNC Machinist for the 1st shift at our Villard, MN location. You will support production by performing machining operations on mills, drill presses, lathes, and other tooling.

Set up tooling, write basic programs, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances with basic measurement tools. We offer excellent compensation, benefits, and paid time off as part of our team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical Degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field preferred.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up basic tooling, write and execute basic programs.
• Reads and interprets machining instructions from blueprints, part and machine drawings.
• Inspects parts to ensure they meet size, shape, or tolerance specs using micrometers and other measuring tools.
