Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled CNC Bender Operator for the 1st shift in Neenah, WI. The role involves operating CNC bending machinery to form stainless and carbon steel tubes with precision and efficiency, following blueprints and process specs.

You will read blueprints, use simple measuring tools, maintain safety, and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop environment from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Job Title: 1st Shift CNC Bender Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Bender Operator for our 1st shift. The role involves operating a CNC Bender to bend various sizes of stainless and carbon steel tubes with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC bending machinery to accurately bend stainless and carbon steel tubes.

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure correct bending specifications.

• Utilize simple measuring tools and tape measures for precision.

• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as necessary.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in blueprint reading.

• Working knowledge of CNC tube bending machines and manual bender equipment.

• Strong understanding of CNC bending processes.

• Basic math skills for accurate measurements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communication skills within a team setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Neenah, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $65000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
