rms Company, part of the Cretex Medical family, seeks a Machine Maintenance Cell Lead to coordinate and guide a cellular team in a 1st shift manufacturing setting. You will manage maintenance schedules, assign personnel to run equipment, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and mentor staff while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and several years of manufacturing experience, with strong problem-solving, detail orientation, and teamwork

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing machinery, equipment, and processes.
• Ability to manage relationships and team facilitation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and lead a cellular work team in a manufacturing environment.
• Execute the maintenance schedule and ensure timely, quality work.
• Schedule employees to run equipment and jobs and ensure materials are available.
• Provide training and mentoring to employees and enforce work instructions.
• Manage the manufacturing ERP systems for maintenance and drive improvements.
