Job summary

Lippert Components is seeking a full-time driver to transport finished chassis to customers. The role requires adherence to safety procedures, loading/unloading, and timely deliveries. You will work within a team to meet production goals and coordinate paperwork for each trip.

The position is on-site with local travel. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, possess driving credentials, and read work orders precisely to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret work orders and measurements.
• Must be able to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Must have clear verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety rules and policies.
• Perform final inspection and minor repairs on finished chassis.
• Prepare finished chassis for transport with proper stabilization and safety procedures.
• Deliver finished chassis to customers per routes and delivery areas.
• Unload chassis at destination using approved procedures.
• Coordinate departure, delivery, and return paperwork.
• Handle miscellaneous goods as assigned.
• Rotate to other production positions as needed.
• Assist in repair work as required.
• Maintain good housekeeping at all times.
