• Assist residents with personal care needs (e.g., dressing, grooming, bathroom, bathing/showering, walking/transferring)
• Medication administration following training and nurse delegation under the supervision of the Nurse Manager
• Assist with resident meals, including serving and dining room setup/cleanup
• Provide light housekeeping assistance (dusting, garbage, laundry, making beds, vacuuming)
• Answer resident call lights promptly and assist as needed
• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive attitude
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
