Job summary

Calyx Living in Fuquay-Varina, NC is actively seeking energetic 1st Shift Care Staff to assist residents with personal care needs and health monitoring. You will help with hygiene, meals, and safety, while noting vital signs and reporting changes to your supervisor.

We value caregivers with empathy for seniors, reliable schedules, and the ability to work weekends. Prior caregiver experience is strongly preferred and essential to provide consistent resident support in our assisted living

Qualifications

• Caregiver experience strongly preferred.

• Reliable, responsive and attentive.
• 18 years or older with a demonstrated maturity.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs and provide direction.
• Monitor self-administration of medication as applicable.
• Ensure resident hygiene and safety throughout the shift.
• Record vital signs and report changes to supervisors.
• Complete incident reports when needed and document accurately.
• Assist with meal services and observe any changes in condition.

Calyx Living is actively seeking energetic 1stShiftCare Staff for our assisted living community! We are located in beautiful Fuquay-Varina, one of the fastest growing towns in North Carolina, and minutes from its two vibrant and historic downtown districts!

Calyx is looking to hire NOW1st Shift Care Staff to assist and provide direction to residents with personal care needs, including but not limited to monitoring self-administration of medication, insuring resident hygiene, obtaining and recording residents' vital signs, maintaining safety of residents, completing incident reports, assisting with meal services and observing residents for any changes in conditions.
