Job summary
MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is hiring full-time Production Associates to join its fast-paced manufacturing team. You will assemble cabinets and components to meet production goals, with training provided to get you up to speed.
You’ll work 1st shift from Monday to Thursday 6am–4:30pm with overtime, and you may earn a $1,000 sign-on bonus plus a Perfect Attendance bonus up to $1,000 per year. Day 1 benefits and a strong focus on safety support your growth and well-being.

- Assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet production goals.
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with safety as a priority.
- Be adaptable, cross-trained, and collaborative in a team-based setting.
- Learn and grow by mastering new processes and improving efficiency.
