Responsibilities include loading components into automated fixtures, inspecting parts, and maintaining accurate production records. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of manufacturing experience, strong math skills, and a safety-first attitude.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, or hands-on industrial experience is preferred.
• Strong practical math capabilities and basic computer skills are required.
• High attention to detail with a dependable, safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and load raw parts into automated welding, tapping, and assembly fixtures.
• Inspect parts visually and take precise dimensional measurements to match quality standards.
• Monitor tooling wear and replace perishable parts as needed (taps, welding tips).
• Record production counts, part status, and workflow data in basic systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation in line with safety policies (ISO14001, IATF16949).
