Job summary

Phillips Staffing in Walhalla, SC is seeking a 1st shift assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. You will assemble products to job order specifications and ensure overall conformance and quality during the assembly process.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided at initial placement. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, using basic hand tools, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm, with pay at $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Basic PPE required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assembles product to meet job order specifications.
• Uses tools such as soldering irons, torque meters/drivers, wrenches, and pliers.
• Lifts, carries, and transfers assembled products.
• Reads basic work orders and specifications.
• Collaborates with production staff and leadership.
• Performs other related activities as assigned.
