Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking an Assembler for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company in West ElPaso. This role supports the Production Department and the Manufacturing Team on the 1st Shift.

Shift is 6AM-2PM, Monday-Friday, with a pay rate of $12/hr. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude; open to entry-level and Spanish-speaking talent with potential for overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 4 months of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic English reading, writing, and understanding preferred, but not required.
• Skills in operating manufacturing equipment, tools, and hand/pallet jack preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train to perform duties related to the preparation and manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredientsand/or medical devices according to standard operating procedures and regulations (FDA, OSHA, etc.).
• Understand production processes and equipment in the assigned area.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Transport materials of varying weights safely, using material handling equipment and assistance as needed.
