Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Romeoville, IL is hiring Forklift Operators for a temp-to-hire role in a busy distribution and warehouse setting. You will operate forklifts, move materials, pick orders, load/unload shipments, and support warehouse operations on a Monday–Friday schedule with first or second shifts.

The position requires forklift experience, strong safety sense, and the ability to work both on and off the forklift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• $20.00 - $21.50 per hour
• Monday-Friday
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

PeopleShare is seeking experienced Material Handlers to join a busy distribution and warehouse team in Romeoville, IL.

This is not just a forklift position. Associates should be comfortable spending time both on and off the forklift performing material handling duties, picking orders, loading and unloading trailers, moving inventory throughout the warehouse, staging shipments, and supporting general warehouse operations.

Assignment Details

These are temp-to-hire opportunities. Successful associates who demonstrate strong attendance, performance, and reliability may be considered for permanent employment based on business needs and available openings.
