Job summary

POLYWOOD LLC is hiring a General Laborer to complete each product from start to finish, from sewing to assembly, contributing to high-quality outdoor furniture. The role includes operating machinery and performing hands-on tasks across production lines.

The position offers first-shift hours, peak-season adjustments, and a pay rate of $16.00 per hour with overtime. Various incentives and a comprehensive benefits program accompany the role.

Schedule: 1st shift Mon-Fri, 6:00am - 2:30pm

Peak Season: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 5:00am - 3:00pm, some Sat's, 6:00am - 2:30pm

Pay: $16.00/h plus OT

POLYWOOD® is looking for a General Laborer to complete each product from start to finish. Whether it's running a sewing machine, operating specialized equipment, or performing hands-on assembly tasks, your work will contribute directly to creating high-quality products for our customers.

• Sling assembly
• Cushion stuffing using fiber or foam inserts
• Cushion finishing and closing to ensure a polished final product
• Cushion scanning and sealing
• Boxing and palletizing
• Fabric folding
• Operating machines for grommets, zippers, buttons, and seat ties
