Kilcoy Global Foods North America is seeking a Team Lead to provide daily leadership, direction, and support in a fast-paced food production environment in Illinois. You will monitor safety, quality, and sanitation while guiding a team to maintain efficient operation.
The role requires problem-solving with strong judgment, knowledge of GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA regulations, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a cold production setting.
