Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to provide private duty in-home care in the Albion, MI area. You will support patients in their residences, help with daily activities, monitor health status, and ensure compassionate, personalized care aligned with each patient’s needs and preferences.

Flexible scheduling available (PRN, part-time, full-time). Applicants must have a High School diploma or GED, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and be able to

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients' residences.
• Perform domestic and household tasks.
• Transport and accompany patients to doctors’ appointments or hospitals.
• Administer simple prescribed medications.
• Assist with clients' personal care activities.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes.
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapy/exercises.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise.
• Provide companionship and basic emotional support.
