AdvisaCare is seeking a Top of Line Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to service our Private Duty In-Home Care clients in the Albion, MI area. If you believe every patient is unique, you’ll tailor care to their preferences, abilities and needs.

Responsibilities include providing health care services in patients residences, assisting with daily activities, transporting to appointments, monitoring vital signs, and offering companionship.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Perform domestic and household tasks.
• Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital.
• Administer simple prescribed medications.
• Assist with clients personal care activities.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, temperature, respiration and report on condition.
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise.
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.
• 24/7 staffing support
