Asheville Waldorf School is seeking a combined 1st/2nd Grade teacher to join our Faculty for the 2026–2027 school year.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have completed their Waldorf Grades Training and have experience as a teacher in a Waldorf classroom.
• Teachers new to Waldorf education are also welcome, if they have a serious interest in developing themselves as a Waldorf Grades teacher.
• We seek teachers with a deep understanding of child development, an interest in Anthroposophy, a love of working with young children, and the enthusiasm and energy to be involved in the growth of a pioneering school.
