Petroleum Marketing Group, Inc. is seeking a customer-service oriented team member for Fayetteville, NC, to handle front-line tasks and cash register duties.

This role includes greeting customers, merchandising, cleaning, and supporting management to maintain store standards. Ideal candidates may have a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate reliable transportation, schedule flexibility, and good communication via mobile devices.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling is preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time shifts.
• Ability to use a mobile device for communication.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
• Operate cash register according to PMG standards, handling cash, recording transactions, lottery, and shift paperwork.
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking and Cooler Merchandising.
• Vendor Check-Ins and communication of daily issues to Management.
• Maintain PMG safety and operational procedures with integrity, honesty and respect.
• Support Management with other assigned tasks and store upkeep.
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning and upkeep.

Candidate meets and exceeds customer expectations on an ongoing basis. To ensure every customer has been provided an exceptional experience, candidate must work with their team members and provide support to Management, to complete all store level tasks related to customer service, merchandising, daily cleaning, cash register duties, and other related tasks.

• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking
• Cooler Merchandising
• Vendor Check-Ins
• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect
• Support Management with other assigned tasks
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning

Education
