Job summary

Schnucks in Springfield, IL is seeking a seafood department teammate to join a friendly, fast-paced store environment. You will provide courteous service to customers, prepare seafood for cases, and help maintain a clean, organized area while handling live seafood.

Training is provided at store level, with an emphasis on safety, sanitation, and teamwork. The role requires reliable attendance, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and working in a cold environment throughout shifts.

TRAINING

• Must be able to work in a cold, damp environment
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
• Working on feet entire shift (4-8 hours)

Additional Requirements – Internal Candidates:

Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred. Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred. Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline). If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.

Compensation Pay Range: $15.00 - $16.15
