This administrator is responsible for partnering with business and technology teams to design, support, and improve Salesforce CRM solutions. The position focuses on gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into scalable system solutions, and ensuring Salesforce is optimized through hands‑on administration using declarative tools. A major responsibility is maintaining Salesforce data quality by leading large-scale data hygiene initiatives, implementing governance standards, managing duplicate prevention and validation rules, and improving overall data integrity. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of systems analysis experience, 2+ years of application or production support, and hands‑on experience administering Salesforce.
