Job summary

Schnucks is seeking a Produce Clerk to provide friendly service to customers and maintain stock in a clean, safe environment. Training is provided at store level, with a focus on quality standards and efficient product handling.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating, weighing and wrapping produce, following safety procedures, and performing other duties as assigned to support a fast-paced, neighbor-friendly supermarket environment.

Qualifications

• Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in a cold, damp environment.
• Training will be provided at store level.
• Internal candidates: six months to one year employment preferred depending on role.

Additional Requirements – Internal Candidates:

Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred.

Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred.

Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).

If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
