Job summary

Schnuck Markets in Maplewood, MN is seeking friendly cashiers to provide courteous service at the checkout. This part‑time role offers 20–25 hours per week with availability 6am–10:15pm and on weekends.

Duties include greeting customers, scanning items, processing payments and coupons, bagging orders, and maintaining accuracy and cash security. Training is provided at store level; physical tasks include standing and lifting up to 25 pounds.

• Use proper procedure of accepting cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards, EBT cards, WIC vouchers and other payment options
• Complete register record accurately
• Practice and maintain cash security
• Bag customer orders
• Change register receipt and coupon machine tapes
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management

Candidates MUST be available between 6am - 10:15pm and weekends to be considered.

Additional Requirements - Internal Candidates:

Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred.

Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred.

Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).

If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
