Pavillion Agency Inc. in Manhattan is seeking an experienced Chauffeur to provide safe, efficient transportation for the Executive and guests.

You will manage driving duties, route planning, vehicle upkeep, and run miscellaneous errands with a professional demeanor and discretion. The role requires a minimum of 7 years of similar experience, HR-218 certification, and a background in law enforcement or military is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and promptly transport the Executive, guests, and family members when needed.
• Plan routes, refuel, clean, maintain, and garage the vehicle.
• Stock amenities and handle light errands and special requests.

Job description

A busy Manhattan based Executive is seeking an experienced, highly professional, polished, and service-oriented Chauffeur. The Chauffeur will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of the Executive, invited guests, and (on occasion) family members. The Chauffeur will handle all driving and vehicle related duties such as planning routes; gassing, cleaning, maintaining, and garaging the vehicle; and stocking amenities (e.g. water, tissues, umbrellas, mints, etc.). They will also run light errands and carry out special requests. The ability to communicate via e-mail, text, and phone is a must. The schedule is approximately Monday - Friday 7AM - 7PM with some variation and some weekends. Flexibility is extremely important along with discretion, a positive attitude, and respect for boundaries. The pick-up and drop-off is in downtown Manhattan with trips throughout the city and tristate area. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 7 years of similar experience, with HR-218 certification, and prior law enforcement and/or military experience is highly preferred.

Salary: $150K - $200K range (total comp).
