• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applications.
• Knowledge of local roads and geography in the Fountain area (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Plan and execute optimal delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times.
• Load, unload, and transport packages and goods to designated delivery locations.
• Obtain customer signatures and maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service at each delivery point.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or damage.
• Navigate using GPS and mapping systems to locate delivery addresses accurately.
• Meet daily and weekly delivery quotas while maintaining quality standards.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues professionally.
