We are looking for a self-directed senior engineer to build secure, scalable data platform capabilities and governance automation. You will bring strong data engineering, cloud platform, and enterprise integration experience, and work alongside domain experts, product managers, governance teams, and engineers to turn technical controls into reliable, reusable platform services.

How your day‑to‑day work will look like:

Architect secure, scalable data platform and governance automation capabilities, designing reusable, configuration-driven patterns for governed data and platform services.

Build automated controls for metadata, ownership, lineage, data quality, access, and policy enforcement, and implement identity, authorization, least-privilege access, auditability, and credential management.

Develop secure APIs, MCP tools, and integrations for enterprise and AI-enabled applications.

Build automated validation, testing, deployment, and monitoring across environments, establishing observability for platform health, data quality, policy results, and failures.

Own production-quality code, tests, documentation, and operational guidance, partnering with domain experts, PMs, governance teams, and engineers on technical controls.

Mentor other engineers and guide technical direction across teams.

This would make you the ideal candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field (or a Bachelor's plus a Master's or higher in STEM).

6+ years of software/data engineering experience (or equivalent demonstrated skill).

6+ years of experience with Python, SQL, distributed processing, data modeling, and modern data engineering frameworks.

Strong experience with cloud data platforms, data catalogs, metadata, lineage, data quality, and access controls.

Experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, Data Lake, Apache Spark, or comparable technologies.

Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, environment separation, and production deployment.

Experience building secure APIs, MCP servers, or tools for enterprise and AI-enabled applications.

Experience with enterprise identity, RBAC, service accounts, secrets management, and least-privilege security.

Full lifecycle experience: architecture, development, deployment, and production support.

Nice to have: GitLab CI/CD or comparable; policy-as-code, infrastructure-as-code, and configuration-driven platforms; experience building data marketplaces, governance platforms, or internal developer platforms; familiarity with privacy, security, regulatory, and AI governance controls; experience in regulated or risk-sensitive environments.

What to expect from our Talent Connection process:

Profile review: Our team will review your profile and keep it in our talent database.

Contact: Our team will contact you to have an interview to get to know you better and to share with you a bit more of what we are looking for.

Knowing you better: We'd love to discuss your experience in an interview with our recruiters.

Notification: When a suitable position opens, we'll contact you to start the selection process, having in mind that this process will be faster because we already had the first screening.

Transparency: This process is direct and without intermediaries.

For over 25 years, we've been shaping digital transformation, delivering complex solutions for global enterprises and public sector organizations. Today, we are at the forefront of an AI-driven transformation era, helping organizations turn data into real business value. By combining deep domain expertise with data and AI, we design solutions that create immediate impact while scaling for the future.

We would love to hear from you if you are eager to make an impact and join a collaborative team that values creativity and expertise.
