Job summary

Schnuck Markets, Inc. is seeking a part-time customer service teammate. This position offers 16-20 hours per week and requires availability until 10pm during the week and on weekends to be considered.

Training will be provided at store level. The role involves assisting customers, bagging, stocking, cart retrieval, cleaning, and other duties as assigned by store management. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing 4–8 hours.

• Carry customers purchase to cars
• Retrieve carts from parking lot

• Empty trash from check stands and service center
• Sweep and mop floors
• Return merchandise left at check-out to shelves
• Read and understand shelf tags
• Verify prices of merchandise
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the store management

TRAINING

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Stooping
• Must be able to push 3 to 5 carts at a time
• Able to work outside in seasonal weather
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Working on feet for entire shift (4-8 hours)

Additional Requirements – Internal Candidates:

• Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Store Support Center Teammates:minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
