Bluebonnet Trails Community MHMR Center is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children aged 3–15 under supervision of Licensed Behavior Analysts. You will deliver direct services in-person and via telehealth, and help develop goals aligned with DSM-5 criteria to reduce ASD symptoms.
Responsibilities include data collection to measure progress, implementing interventions in home, school and community, and collaborating with families and school personnel.
This position is responsible for implementing and providing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children between the ages of 3 and 15 in Autism Services under the supervision of Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA). This position is part of a team that:
This position will maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) status. Job responsibilities require the following: traveling within designated service area, flexible hours and schedule, the ability to work with families and sensitivity to various cultural differences, meeting productivity requirements, and meeting deadlines. The personnel will provide services in accordance with standards and billing guidelines established by the HHSC Children’s Autism Program and BTCS.
The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel skills, has excellent attention to detail, and will have strict adherence to state and Center guidelines.
Location: All BTCS Locations (Bastrop, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Lee, Williamson Counties). Applicant must live in BTCS service area.
Hourly Salary Range: $18.38 – $24.13
