Job summary

Envision is seeking a CRNA for Summer 2026 at the Fort Walton-Destin Hospital in Florida to join a collaborative ACT model with 9 physicians and 25 CRNAs.

New grads and experienced CRNAs welcome; enjoy up to 10 weeks PTO, relocation assistance, Florida licensure support, and flexible 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shift options. A start date bonus up to $150,000 and an Earn While You Learn program are available.
