Job summary

Sigma Defense Systems LLC is seeking a BMD Tactical Operations SME to support the Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) in executing strategic BMD training for deploying ships and strike groups.

The role emphasizes hands-on mentorship during BMDEXs, FST, and LVC events, classroom instruction for BMD courses, and close collaboration with TTGP staff to advance Fleet Battle Lab operations and M&S control centers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in shipboard BMD watch-team training or recent BMD exercises and operations.
• Must have Aegis BMD Watch Officer qualification and U.S. citizenship.
• Candidate should be eligible to obtain/possess active TS/SCI clearance.

Sigma Defense is looking for a BMD Tactical Operations expert to join the Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) team as a BMD Tactical Operations SME. Eligible candidate will have 6 years of experience conducting shipboard BMD watch-team training or recent experience conducting BMD exercises, training, or operations.

We need the rare skill sets you have developed through your Naval Careers to assist the TTGP Staff in executing their mission of providing advanced tactical training to deploying ships and strike groups through Fleet Synthetic Training (FST).

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience conducting shipboard BMD watch-team training or recent experience conducting BMD exercises, training or operations
• Attained Aegis BMD Watch Officer qualification
• Must be a U.S. citizen

Personnel Clearance Level

• Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance
• Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.

Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive)

Salary Range

$110,000 - $130,000 annually.
