**Bakery Counter Associate — DeLallo Italian Marketplace** **Job Type: Full-time or Part-time**DeLallo Italian Marketplace is looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused **Bakery Counter Associates** to join our team.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, fresh baked goods, specialty desserts, Italian pastries, breads, cookies, and high-quality marketplace products in a fast-paced retail environment.**Position Summary**Bakery Counter Associates provide excellent customer service while assisting customers with bakery selections, packaging products, maintaining displays, and helping keep the bakery department clean, organized, and ready for business.This position may also assist with light bakery finishing duties such as decorating pastries, icing items, filling cannoli and pastries, writing on cakes, slicing bread, and taking customer orders.The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn about DeLallo’s bakery products and specialty Italian items.**Schedule**Bakery Counter positions may be available as full-time or part-time. All positions require weekend availability.To meet business needs, some employees may be required to come in early to help prepare the store for opening.
