Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Radiology Technician for a 13-week assignment in Passaic, New Jersey. The position runs 36 hours per week with a 12-hour nights shift from 11:00 PM to 07:30 AM.

The X-Ray Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging, prep patients, ensure safety, and capture high-quality images for physician interpretation. Required ARRT Radiography certification, state radiologic technologist license, and Prime Core/Specialty exams, plus vaccinations and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification in Radiography.
• State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Vaccinations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Tdap, Varicella, and TB Test.
• Successful completion of a Prime Core Competencies Exam.
• Successful completion of a Prime Specialty Exam.
• Driver's License/State ID required for the position.
• Completion of a Prime Skills Checklist.

Responsibilities

• Performing X-Ray imaging procedures according to established protocols.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintaining and ensuring the functionality of all imaging equipment.
• Documenting patient information and imaging results accurately.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
