Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Hackensack, New Jersey. You’ll evaluate and treat patients, collaborate with a clinical team, and deliver evidence-based care in hospital or rehab settings.

The ideal candidate holds a Physical Therapy license in good standing, a current BLS certification, and is prepared for travel assignments. Doctorate in PT preferred; new grads welcome. Comprehensive benefits and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• PT experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain using evidence-based methods.
• Operate and maintain PT equipment safely and accurately.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
