American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week night shift contract in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate holds an active MA RN license, BLS/ACLS, and travel nursing experience, with telemetry and dysrhythmia proficiency.

Responsibilities include managing care in a 14-bed ICU with 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratios, supported by intensivists and NPs. Cerner EMR is preferred. Night coverage centers on 3x12-hour shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license in hand.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience.
• Prior travel nursing experience required.
• Telemetry experience required.
• Pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring experience.
• Continuous IV sedation and procedural sedation monitoring experience.

Responsabilités

• Care for a 14-bed ICU unit with patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2.
• Treat medical and post-surgical ICU patients, including vented and pressor-dependent cases.
• Participate in code team and rapid response responsibilities.
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts from 18:45 to 07:15.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required.
